Bank vole metadata that were used in all statistical analyses as a tab-delimited text file.

Coinfection groups: 

“N”- animals with no infection, 

“S”- animals infected by a single pathogen,

“C”- coinfected animals. 

Abbreviations: 

Ap - Anaplasma phagocytophilum, 

Bbsl - Borrelia burgdorferi s.l., 

Bm - Babesia microti, 

PUUV - Puumala orthohantavirus
