Once the desired DNA sequence is displayed on the computer screen, the next step involves the machine recognizing the sequence and dispensing specific volumes of dATP, dGTP, dTTP, and dCTP onto the synthesis plate in a predefined order. This process is facilitated by linking inputs A, T, G, and C to microcontrollers like an Arduino Board. The code configured on the Arduino Board assigns each input to its respective actuator.
