This list of aḥādīth narrated by Muḥammad’s wives (other than ‘Ā’ishah) in Ibn Isḥāq, Mālik, Ibn Ḥanbal, Bukhārī, Muslim, Nasā’ī, Abū Dāwūd, al-Tirmidhī and Ibn Mājah is categorised according to whether each ḥadīth is unique (not found elsewhere in these collections) or is repeated by other Companions. The unique aḥādīth comprise each wife’s personal contribution to the Islamic teaching corpus.
