Anvi'o profiles per individual

These anvi'o merged profile databases describe the co-assembly of each individual in the Shaiber et al. study.<div><br></div><div>They lend themselves to visualization of co-assembled contigs and their coverages across metagenomes, and reconstruction of genomes from these metagenomes.</div>
