Annotation of Bacillus safensis Cap07D strain draft genome assembly

Here we present the annotation results of Bacillus safensis Cap07D strain draft whole-genome assembly. Application of Prokka v 1.14.6 resulted in prediction of 3,771 protein-coding sequences and 80 RNA-coding sequences. We searched for secondary metabolite biosynthesis associated gene clusters with antiSMASH v 8.0.
