Annotated dataset for Aspect-based sentiment analysis collected from Trustpilot platform

Annotated dataset of English reviews collected from the online review platform Trustpilot. The reviews concern five shops that exclusively operated online stores at the time of data collection. The stores included in the analysis are: Zalando, Wish, SHEIN, Boozt, and Nelly. The reviews were written between 2013 and 2021. The final dataset contains 2782 data points. The reviews are annotated based on 14 aspects.
