Analysed R object with deconvolution results

This is the final seurat object that contains the analysed dataset generated from our study "Dual spatially resolved transcriptomics for human host-pathogen colocalization studies in FFPE tissue sections". It includes the filtered count matrices that was analysed, clustering results as well as the results from the deconvolution method applied to the dataset.
