Dataset. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Regional Committee for Medical and Health Research Ethics, Western Norway (REK Vest), and the National Bioethics Committee of Pakistan.
All study participants signed informed written consent. The study evaluated the performance of the MPT64 antigen detection test for diagnosing EPTB, particularly tuberculous lymphadenitis (TBLN) and tuberculous pleuritis (TBP), in a high-TB, low-HIV setting.
