The semantic similarity between them calculated by pyMeSHSim. pyMeSHSim_Score is semantic similarity between Nelson_MeSH _ID and pyMeSHSim_MeSH_ID, taggerOne_score is semantic similarity between Nelson_MeSH _ID and TaggerOne_MeSH_ID, DNorm_score is semantic similarity between Nelson_MeSH _ID and Dnorm_MeSH_ID.
