Additional file 10. The somatic alterations (VAF ≥ 0.1% and VAF ≥ 0.5% for SNVs/MNVs and InDels, respectively) found in the 23 circulating-free DNAs analyzed in the study. The somatic alterations (coding/nonsynonymous), detected with a VAF ≥ 0.1% for SNVs/MNVs and VAF ≥ 0.5% for InDels, in the 16 tumor tumors analyzed by the TruSight™ Oncology 500 ctDNA panel are shown. For each patient, the somatic alterations were annotated.
