A new database of Per Capita Land Use values spanning the last 12,000 years and the whole globe, gathered from a range of sources.

Funding

This study was undertaken as part of LandCover6k, a working group of the Past Global Changes (PAGES) project, which in turn received support from the Swiss Academy of Sciences and the Chi-nese Academy of Sciences. The study was also part of the HoLa focus group that received funding from INQUA.
