This study uses a qualitative approach through library research methods, by reviewing primary sources such as the Qur'an, hadith, and scientific literature related to Islamic ethics and health care. The analysis was conducted descriptively-analytical to describe the meaning of amanah and its application in the current medical context. The results of the study indicate that the application of the amanah value in modern health care includes maintaining patient confidentiality, honesty in medical communication, work professionalism, and continuous competency renewal. The implementation of amanah has been proven to improve the quality of health services, strengthen the relationship of trust between health workers and patients, and foster an ethical work culture. In conclusion, amanah is not only a moral and spiritual demand, but also an important foundation in building quality, fair, and public health services.
