AIGP: An interpretable Artificial Intelligence Genomic Prediction framework -- GWAS_Summary

This dataset contains the summary results of GWAS analyses performed for all traits in the AIGP (Artificial Intelligence Genomic Prediction) framework.

The summary statistics include p-values, effect sizes and other key metrics derived from association analyses. The dataset provides insights into the genetic architecture of 20 traits and facilitates further research in genomic prediction.

Data format: Compressed archive (.rar) containing GWAS summary statistics.
