3D reconstructions of flight performance

Video and data files for the 3D flight paths of crested pigeon take-offs under two treatments, routine and prompted. Take-offs have stereoscopic pairs of .pos files: 3D coordinates which track the pigeons heard through each frame its position was recorded. Matlab code for managing and generating the flight paths is included. R code for analysing and plotting the data is included.
