38 plasma cytokine comparison between DAT+ warm autoimmune hemolyic anemia patients vs healthy controls

This dataset contains the raw plasma cytokine measurements in EDTA plasma samples from 54 wAIHA patients and 36 healthy controls.  

 Thirty-eight cytokines were analyzed  using Luminex® technology with a MILLIPLEX MAP Human Cytokine Magnetic Bead Panel (EMD Millipore) using the HCYTMAG-60K-PX38 kit .

Plasma was isolated from EDTA whole blood stored 6 days  at 0-4^oC, and stored at -80^oC until analsis.

This raw dataset is analyzed and described in a Letter published in Blood Advances, 2022.
