16S rRNA sequences of M.sal gut microbiota

Largemouth bass (Micropterus salmoides) are important economic fish in freshwater aquaculture. Our research was focus on screening biomarkers closely related to diseases from gut microbiota, that would provide important targets for biological control of largemouth bass, and contribute to the sustainable development of aquaculture industry.
