The purpose of this study was to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of canaloplasty and phacocanaloplasty in patients with primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) and pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PEXG). This retrospective observational study included 85 patients with POAG and PEXG who underwent canaloplasty or phacocanaloplasty. Primary endpoints were the pressure-lowering and drug-sparing effects. Secondary endpoints were intra- and postoperative complications as well as the need for additional surgical interventions.
