In recent years, due to the high cost of industrial equipment such as oxygen meter gas analyzer and also dependence on developed countries, efforts have been made to provide a valuable and appropriate alternative in order to use this equipment by knowledge-based companies based on domestic capabilities. Therefore, online oxygen monitoring analyzer in Gas based on zirconium oxide sensor, made by Mobin Pooyesh Sanat Pars Company, model Oxyme 410, was installed on branch A of boiler unit 6 of Ahwaz Power Generation Management Company Ramin Power Plant. In fact, with the use of this advanced and modern instrumentation, automatic control of excess oxygen in the boiler has been achieved and has reduced Knox gaseous emissions, and the results show that energy loss is reduced and production efficiency is increased by using this important and practical equipment.
