LINGUISTIC EXPERTISE DEVELOPMENT TRAJECTORIES: FROM CREATIVE FREEDOM TO CENSORSHIP
The author proposes to develop a concept for the development of linguistic expertise. Such a concept has not yet been developed. Some of the author's innovative suggestions may have an impact on increasing creative freedom. To a certain extent, this development of social relations can contribute to Russia's movement towards building a rule-oflaw state. Excessive censorship, perhaps, will only become part of the national history of law and state.
