This Personal Guideline for Innovative Project Development presents a structured approach to mentoring aerospace engineering students in the creation of AI-enhanced, entrepreneurship-oriented projects. Developed within the framework of the AI Quest for Innovation in Teaching and Training, the guideline focuses on a cross-level student initiative: the end-to-end design, manufacturing, and testing of a suborbital rocket intended for CanSAT deployment and near-space missions. The project lifecycle is divided into ideation, systems analysis, simulation-driven design, prototyping, and business modeling, with AI tools integrated at each stage. While general-purpose tools like ChatGPT and Notion AI assist in conceptualization and planning, students also apply advanced methods such as Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), Neural ODEs, Gaussian Process Regression, and surrogate modeling to support physical analysis and optimization. The guideline includes mentoring checkpoints, ethical boundaries for AI use, and practical examples of aerospace projects aligned with global priorities such as scientific exploration, environmental monitoring, and educational outreach. By fostering technical autonomy, critical AI literacy, and entrepreneurial mindset, the initiative equips students to lead innovation in the rapidly evolving aerospace sector.
