Les Serpents

<p dir="ltr">This piece is a composition by Cat Hope and Lionel Marchetti for bass flute and partition concrete, composed in 2022 and premiered at the Tectonics Festival in Athens, December 2022.</p><p dir="ltr">Hope and Marchetti have collaborated on works before - The Earth Defeats Me (2014) and The Last Days of Reality (2015). Their process usually involves Hope making a score, playing it, and sending it to Marchetti who then constructs a partition concrete that accompanies further performances of the score.
