An automated skeleton extraction method for 3D point-cloud phenotyping of Schima Superba seedlings code

This repository contains the code entitled “An Automated Skeleton Extraction Method for 3D Point-Cloud Phenotyping of Schima superba Seedlings” which implements the methodology and workflow described in the paper. The code implements the methodology and workflow described in the paper, including preprocessing, skeleton extraction, branch pruning, segmentation and visualization of point clouds of Schima superba seedlings.
