R code for simulation and analysis of correlated outcomes in clinical trials using GPC
bin_bin simulates two binary correlated outcomes, and exp_multinom simulates a time to event and a categorical correlated outcomes.
Both are analyzed using the Net benefit estimated from Generalized pairwise comparisons [Buyse, Stat In Med, 2010]
