Matlab custom code for key analyses
This folder contains custom code written in Matlab used to generate the key results for the publication:
The first script analyses the amount of time spent in the three vigilance states (wakefulness, non-rapid eye movement sleep, and rapid eye movement sleep) during baseline conditions.
The second script analyses the time course of slow wave activity after sleep deprivation.
