Implementation and Benchmarking of Secure KCDC

<p dir="ltr">We provide a Rust implementation of a Keyed Content-Defined Chunking (KCDC) scheme, which uses the Poly-hashing-then-encrypt paradigm. We also provide a modified version of the Restic chunking scheme, with the addition of an AES evaluation, which provably makes it a secure chunking scheme.</p>
