En-face optical coherence tomography and fluorescence imaging using correlation-based probe tracking - LabVIEW Code

LabVIEW code to demonstrate real-time assembly of OCT B-scans and fluorescence lines into volumes when the slow-scanning axis is manually scanned. The method uses a combination of speckle correlation and image registration. It is documented fully in the paper:
