This chapter was published as part of the proceedings from a 20th anniversary conference organised by Britannia Royal Naval College, Dartmouth and the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. It deals with the air campaign from both protagonists point of view assessing the successful employment of British ship based in theatre naval air power versus the limited performance of the Argentine land based air forces, highlighting the factors that came to undermine the Argentine air effort during the war.
