Three new phenylspirodrimane derivatives with inhibitory effect towards potassium channel Kv1.3 from the fungus Stachybotrys chartarum

Their structures were determined by extensive NMR data and mass spectroscopic analysis. Compounds 1 and 2 showed inhibitory effect towards potassium channel Kv1.3 with IC50 values of 13.4 and 10.9 μM, respectively.
