Индивидуальное правоприменение: трансформация понимания прав и статуса личности (Individual law enforcement: transformation of the understanding of rights and the status of the individual)
<p dir="ltr">The monograph is devoted to the study of the institute of individual contract law enforcement as a way of concretizing the rights and obligations of legal subjects through contracts in modern Russian society. It examines the transformation of the traditional understanding of rights and the status of the individual in the law enforcement process, justifies the distinction of the individual contract as an independent act of law enforcement, and analyzes its structure, stages, and criteria of effectiveness. Special attention is paid to the role of both state and non-state actors in law enforcement. The study emphasizes the expanding role of contracts in regulating social relations and the importance of legal consciousness and professional training of law enforcement participants to improve the effectiveness of the institution. The work is based on methodological foundations, reveals the legal nature of individual contract law enforcement, and offers criteria for its evaluation, making the monograph an important contribution to the theory of law and legal regulation in the market economy, with hopes for building a safe and democratic society in Russia.</p>
