THE BUSINESS MODEL: FORMATION AND IMPLIMINTATION
The monograph comprehensively reveals the modern vision of an effective business model of an enterprise in conditions of unpredictability. The essence of the business model of an enterprise, the features of its formation and implementation are determined. Using the example of a number of Ukrainian enterprises - some of the largest taxpayers - the features of the formation and implementation of business models at enterprises of various types of economic activity in Ukraine are revealed. The assessment of corporate sustainability and transparency of enterprises as important components of the formation and implementation of their business models is carried out and on this basis the effectiveness of business models is determined. Methodological provisions have been developed to increase the effectiveness of assessing the effectiveness of business models in the context of corporate sustainability and transparency of enterprises.
