NATIONAL AND PUBLIC SECURITY STRATEGIES IN TÜRKİYE.docx
Considering that the human population in today's world is approximately 8 billion, it is
of great importance to have a high share of prosperity under the State Administration
to which they are subject, in order to maximize the living standards of societies and
maintain this quality with constitutional protections. In this context, the laws they are
subject to play a vital role in ensuring national security and the highest level of
sustainability of the living environment. National security, in line with the decisions
taken by political power factors, depending on the quality of management of
governments in public areas, in order to protect the welfare, health, economic
satisfaction, legal rights and social rights of our people within the Physical Borders of
the Republic of Turkey (taking into account the integrity of Land, Air and Sea), It is
essential to take the necessary steps in areas such as political, economic, military,
health, education and general law enforcement. As stated in the preamble of the
Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, which was adopted on 07.11.1982 and entered
into force with Law No. 2709; “The eternal existence, prosperity, material and spiritual
happiness of the Republic of Turkey, its determination to reach the level of
contemporary civilization as an honorable member of the world's family of nations
with equal rights; "Every Turkish citizen has the inherent right and authority to benefit
from the fundamental rights and freedoms specified in the constitution in accordance
with the requirements of equality and social justice, to live an honorable life within the
national culture, civilization and legal order, and to develop his material and spiritual
existence in this direction" and that these guarantees are in line with the requirements
of Public Security. It is clear that it will be taken within the framework of its provision.
This will be possible with the necessary political and national strategic steps.
One of the main arguments of this research is successful Public Security policies and
the healthy functioning of state forces that will ensure this security. In addition, it is
also an important element to compare the methods of international states, especially
the United States of America, with the methods used by the Republic of Turkey. I
believe that the security of all living and non-living beings within the borders of the
Republic of Turkey will be compatible with radical measures to be taken, considering
the shortcomings of Public Security Policies. Some suggestions for comparing Public
Security Policy systems and further improving the public security system with the data
obtained are presented in the conclusion section. I hope this book will be a valuable
resource for public safety professionals, policymakers, and anyone else interested in
the subject. Every step taken to increase Turkey's security and the welfare of its people
is an investment for our common future.
