MONTENEGRO - Towards the First Ecological State

Almost four decades ago, a project known by the popular name "Ecological State of Montenegro" was born. The essence of this project was the vision of Montenegro as a planetary pilot project and an example of the first sustainably organised human society on Earth. The booklet "MONTENEGRO - Towards the First Ecological State" is the first English presentation of this project.
