Квартильний підхід до проблеми стимулювання росту наукової продуктивності в університетах України

It was suggested to apply alternative quartile-approach to the issue of awarding Ukrainian Universities' staff with the aim to improve their publication activity which considers the peculiarities of different research disciplines.
