AbiolaLane 1 is neat ME7 brain homogenate (positive control) and lane 2 is proteinase K digested sample (77 µg/ml final PK conc.). Lanes 3–6 are digested with EF+BS at 10, 30, 45 and 60 min. Samples were digested at 65°C and PrPSc was probed with SAF83 mAb.
