AbiolaLane 1 is neat ME7 brain homogenate (positive control) and lane 2 is proteinase K treated sample (77 µg/ml final PK conc.). Lanes 3–7 are digested with EF+BS at 30–120 min respectively. Samples were digested at 50°C and PrPSc was probed with SAF83 mAb.
