Bae-JumpCells were treated with 10 uM UO126 (U), 1 uM E2 or both in combination for 24 hr. (A) Telomerase activity was assessed by TRAP assay. (B) Telomerase activity represented in graphical from using TPG (total product generated) which corresponds to relative telomerase activity. TPG is calculated from the ratio of TRAP product band to the internal telomerase assay standard band. (C) hTERT mRNA expression was determined by real time RT-PCR. (C = control).
