A) Three samples of original labels and the corresponding RF encoded labels. The color bars indicate the probability of one voxel belonging to specific labels. The labels were overlaid on the MNI standard brain (z = -16). B) Inter-individual similarity of the label maps, before and after encoding by RF, measured by the Dice’s coefficient. The RF-encoded labels showed higher spatial consistency than the original labels across subjects.
