<p>(A) Leaves of 3-week-old plants treated with 20% PEG6000 for 21 days were used to determine the stomatal aperture. SEM images (1000×) of stomata from WT and <i>OsV-5</i> transgenic plants are presented. Stomata are marked by triangle (◂). Bars = 10 μM.
