SDS-PAGE gels of recombinant rotavirus proteins expressed by recombinant baculoviruses.

<p>(<b>I</b> and <b>II</b>) Expressed recombinant VP4 with P<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0105167#pone.0105167-Vesikari1" target="_blank">[4]</a> and P<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0105167#pone.0105167-Glass1" target="_blank">[8]</a> genotypes, respectively. (<b>III, IV</b> and <b>V</b>) VP4 with P<a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0105167#pone.0105167-Madhi1" target="_blank">[6]</a> genotypes expressed by recombinant dualcistronic baculoviruses containing ORFs coding for VP4 and VP7. Expressed VP7 was not detected following staining with Coomasie brilliant blue.
