Rapamycin (RAP) improves survival in a mouse model of polyposis.

<p>Kaplan-Meier survival curves where TAM administration was used to induce <i>Apc</i> mutation-dependent colon polyposis in <i>CDX2P-CreERT2 Apcfl/fl</i> mice and then mouse cohorts were treated with vehicle (dotted) or RAP (solid) and monitored for survival. Log-rank test comparing the groups treated with RAP or vehicle revealed a significant difference in survival (<i>p</i> = 0.03, N = 6 mice per group).</p>
