Changes of H2O2 content (A) and MDA level (B) of three varieties (Tifgreen, SR9554 and Yukon) differing in drought tolerance during drought stress were shown here. The results shown are mean ± SE (n = 4). Asterisk symbols indicate significant differences between Yukon and other genotypes (P<0.05).
