βPS integrins are recruited to sites of misexpressed C3GWT protein.

<p>(<b>A–B</b>) Mef2-GAL4 was used to drive expression of wild type (C3GWT) specifically in muscles. Body wall muscles from 3rd instar larvae were dissected and stained with antibodies recognizing Myc-C3GWT (red) and βPS (green), respectively. βPS was observed to partially co-localize with C3GWT, both in perinuclear regions (<b>A–A″</b>) and in the accumulations of C3GWT protein at one side of muscle attachment sites (<b>B–B″</b>).</p>
