(B) Sedimentation profile of OBD-linker (residues 1–224) shows monomers and dimers sedimenting at ∼1.8S and ∼2.9S respectively. Sedimentation velocity experiments were run at 40000 rpm and 20°C. Data was collected using the interference system.
