Cell cycle profiles of normal SDM104 (B) and (C), and ZL55 cancer cells (D) and (E) of control without treatment (B) and (D), or 24 hours treatment with 2 µM lovastatin (C) and (E) are shown (n = 3). Cells were exposed to 10 µM BrdU for one hour before harvesting for FACS analysis.
