A) The representative microscopic fields of invasion cells on the bottom of transwell inserts. B) Quantitation of cell invasion assay by counting invaded cells. Five microscopic fields were arbitrarily chosen and the average invaded cell number was determined. The results presented are average of three experiments each done in triplicate and expressed as the mean ±SEM. *p<0.01 one way ANOVA with post-hoc Bonferroni/Dunnett's test compared to the control group, nsPEF group and gemcitabine group.
