Example shown here is for the protein complex between cytochrome c and cytochrome c peroxidase (PDB-id 2PCC). Near-native P-IFPs were obtained for this complex as described in Materials and Methods. This plot shows no near-native decoys in the H6–T6 threshold group. Energy score of P-IFP is defined as the lowest energy of the decoy.
