<p>P2X7R expression and co-localization with differentiation-stage specific proteins was determined by confocal microscopy and immunofluorescence assays as described in Materials and <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0096281#s2" target="_blank">Methods</a>.
