HeLa cells were transfected with eGFP-PAM deletion mutants alone or together with mCherry-Hey1. 24 h after transfection cells were fixed and nuclei were stained with Hoechst33342. (C) Quantification of cytoplasmic and nuclear PAM localization. 80 cells were counted per preparation.
