GSK3ß and AKT phosphorylation by ON01210.Na.

(A) HFL-1 cells were treated with 20 uM ON01210.Na for 2 hours with or without exposure to 10 Gy of ionizing radiation. Cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis using ßanti-phospho-GSK3ß-specific antibodies (B) HFL-1 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of ON01210.Na for 2 hours and irradiated with 10 Gy of ionizing radiation. Cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis using anti-phospho-AKT (Ser473) specific and AKT antibodies. (C) HFL-1 cells were treated with increasing concentrations of ON01210.Na for 2 hours or 24 hrs and irradiated with 10 Gy ionizing radiation. Cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis after 2 hours and 24 hours post radiation using anti-phospho-GSK3ß-specific and GSK3ß antibodies.
