Expression of Hsp70 during JEV infection.

293T cells were mock infected or infected with JEV at an MOI of 1.0. At different times p.i. as indicated, cell extracts were analyzed by Western blotting using anti-Hsp70, anti-NS3, and anti-GAPDH antibodies. The level of Hsp70 was quantified by immunoblot scanning and normalized with respect to the amount of GAPDH (lower panel).
